Desperate Stages -
New Brunswick's Theatre in the 1840's by Edward Mullaly tells the

Henry W. Preston, a threatrical troupe manager, who arrived in
Fredericton in 1844. The thrid was Charles Freer, a wandering English
actor and member of Preston"s threatrical troupe, who found himself
working the New Brunswick stages. Thomas Hill died in poverty, Henry W.
