A 1992 book about seven children. who lived in Richmond, the northern part of Halifax, Nova Scotia close to the explosion, who survived the Halifax Explosion in 1917, in which some 500 children died and hundreds more were injured when the munition ship, the Mont Blanc blew up on Dec. 6, 1917. Pictures of children - Barbara Orr, Noble Driscoll, James Pattison, Evelyn Johnson, Dorothy Swetman, Ian Orr, Millicent Upham, Archie Upham, Bill Swindells, Reg Rasley, Eric Davidson with brothers). Pictures as adults -  James Pattison, Noble Driscoll, Reg Rasley, Millicent and William Swindells, Archi Upham, Eric Davidson, Evelyn Johnson Lawrence and Dorothy Sweetman Hare.

 134 pages, 7" x 9", with black and white photos throughout. Former owner’s name written in book. Used book that shows minor shelf and handling wear.
